CIBRE

I’m honored and humbled to have been recently announced as a "Business Leader" into their School of Business Administration’s Center for Integrated Business Research and Education (CIBRE).

Under Dr. Mohan Tanniru’s–Dean of Oakland University’s SBA–direction, the program has provided a platform for myself and another activist for the U.S. tooling industry, Robert Quinn, to shed some light on the neglect to our domestic tool and die base.

The CIBRE provides a place where business leaders, researchers, professionals and students come together to share resources, ideas and identify actions to address organizational issues, educate current and future professionals, and support economic development in the community, and the world.

SBA’s CIBRE harnesses the strength of years of collaborative cross-disciplinary applied research projects to create a laser focus on research that solves today’s business problems and helps businesses prepare for tomorrow’s challenges. Building on existing partnerships and past cross-disciplinary projects that link information technology, human resource management, business strategy and health care management, CIBRE applied research projects matter to business and influence education – regionally and globally
